will feature lower Antelope Canyon and Bryce Canyon

Here they are; my top choices.

This is our guide who played the native flute as we concluded the tour and faced the climb on ladders and sandhills out. 105 degrees.

As we drove back to Lake Powell over the dam wall.......
Paul's foot slipped on the accelerator to 45, instead of 25.
The local highway patrol was soon onto us and after asking us if we had rocket launchers or firearms or anything else he should be worried about, he sent us on our way without a 'citation'.

I slipped in this sneaky photo.
which was lucky as we then asked if we could take his photo and he said "no ma'am". His name was officer Troy. What a lovely boy.

In the midst of all the desert was our hotel oasis.

......then last night and this morning we did a brief reconnoitre of Bryce canyon.

It had some special features as you can see.

Over in this part of the world it was World Prairie Dog day! What a treat that was for the littluns!

Here's some old timer out sunning.

Lunch was a casual affair

Tonight we're in navajo territory in Moab, Utah. Their trading posts are really good.

A glass of Marlborough sauvignon blanc and we're set for the night. Cheers.
