Well, we made it out of Vegas with the shirts on our back; in fact Paul has 5 new ones.

The scenery was less than inspiring 30 mins out of vegas.

.....but definitely Improved.

.....had lunch in St George and met a lovely clean cut polite young man named Colton at the Black Bear diner.

Apparently Colton is not an unusual name in Utah. (I have a lovely clean cut polite nephew in Oz called Colton)

On the road again, and the mountains got just that little bit more impressive.

We managed to lose an hour passing from Nevada, through Arizona into Utah, but I'm sure we'll find it somewhere.

We did get to meet one of the locals.
