am keeping my promise

My friend Mark and I spent Sunday at the Harmony Day Retreat Centre at Bunya Downs. (North West of Brisbane suburbia)

We started the day with a vigorous yoga session.

Various vendors were available for massage,
Reflexology etc.

A real treat was finding the kookaburra's nest in my previous post that accidentally went through. The kookaburra takes over some of the white ants nest. Apparently it's uncommon to find their nests.
Did you find its beak?
......and there were flowers.

Testing an alternate blog universe

Hello
Lets practise and play.

am not running late

More technical issues everyone.
I know you're dreadfully disappointed that my post hasn't appeared yet.
I am too.
Tonight I'll redo it on a grown up computer and then we'll all be happy.

Until then have a lovely lovely day.

got interventioned.

I really wanted to be a joiner, but my conservative nature intervened.

We had a hearty western style lunch of pulled pork and taco salad and re-entered the 21st century.

.... good old Oz and its wonders.

got steampunked

Paul and I took a walk into the Valley and entered an alternate labyrinth of wonder.

I'm thinking of joining this subculture.
This is what we'll be wearing.

Here's how we'll communicate; on our pianophone.

If only I'd had this fascinator for the Melbourne Cup festivities 2 weeks ago.

When we have a cup of tea, we use our jiggler.

Maybe we'll close the door and turn out the light on that idea.

have my fingers crossed again

Here's a photo I love, taken at retreat at Cunningham's Gap.
Paul thinks it's a foxglove. Is anyone able to confirm his hunch?

have tasted success

These loungers are available at Southbank.
